This is just an example of all that we have provided services with over the years. The reason for starting AgileDirective.com became a demand that we were seeing in the industry. Seeing Change from Quarter to Quarter is normal in the IT industry but we kept seeing the same issues and there was no attempt to repair this broken industry, so we created Agiledirective.com.
We give our customers a very simple solution for hiring, it can be with SOW (solutions work or long-term services), remote development/support, Cloud solutions or for short term contract needs, we simply give a qualified resource with strong process/methodology skills in their professional arena and then allow the customer to set the margin. The customer can see what we are paying the service resource and then add what is best for their budget dollars, a true transparent approach with a methodology focus direction for the long term and not the short term. The deigned process we go through does take a little longer, but our Hiring ratio is 87% and our resources are either hired as a perm employee by our customers after the contract period or extended long term as a services resource.
